We are a four generation company, started in 1937,  whose main goal and purpose is the satisfaction of our customers.  We are only human and there have been occasions in which we have failed to completely satisfy a customer.  In such cases, we work to correct the problem as quickly as possible.  This may seem odd that we start our relationship with this information, but we feel the need to be honest and up front with you.
